Water Loss Monitoring and Leakage Management Service Provider

NI Water is seeking a Managed Service Provider to operate, license, implement, support, and maintain its Leakage Management System (LMS). The LMS is a critical tool that enables NI Water to quantify and report leakage in compliance with UK regulatory standards, support operational decisions to reduce water loss, and integrate data from multiple sources including network systems, metering, billing, and field data. The successful provider must deliver a secure, configurable, browser-based SaaS application accessible to authorized business users for managing, configuring, and administering the LMS. The solution must integrate seamlessly with NI Water's existing source systems and data feeds, with all mandatory requirements tested and approved before deployment.
