Warwickshire Library Refit Services Framework - 8 Year Multi-Supplier Agreement

Warwickshire County Council is establishing an 8-year, open multi-supplier framework to procure library uplift, refit, redesign, and furniture restocking services for its network of 18 statutory libraries on an as-needed basis. The framework will onboard between 3 and 5 approved suppliers to increase competition, choice, and versatility. Future library projects will be awarded through further competition processes among framework suppliers, though the Council reserves the right to make direct awards to specific suppliers for continuity purposes when beneficial. The Council seeks suppliers with demonstrated expertise in design innovation, durability, and safety who can deliver flexible layouts to accommodate diverse community events and increase library usage across Warwickshire. Suppliers must demonstrate experience with at least three public sector library uplift, refit, or refurbishment projects and provide value for money through proven experience and design excellence.
