Upper Lighthorne Primary School - Two-Stage Design and Build Contract

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a qualified Supplier to deliver a Two-Stage Design and Build Contract for the construction of Upper Lighthorne Primary School. The school will be designed for 2 forms of entry (2FE) with facilitating works to support expansion to 3 forms of entry (3FE). The project is currently at RIBA Stage 3 (Spatial Coordination) and will progress through Stages 4-7 (Design Development through to Handover). Gleeds has been retained to provide Project Management, Contract Administration, and Cost Management throughout the remainder of the project. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for all design activities from Stage 3 onwards. This is an open procurement conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, offering equal opportunity to all interested suppliers. Prospective bidders should have experience in primary school construction, design coordination, and delivery of complex education infrastructure projects.
