Health and Physical Activity Coaching Programme for Obesity and Diabetes Patients in Derry

The Derry GP Federation is seeking a service provider to deliver a health coaching and physical activity coaching programme for approximately 5,000 patients living with obesity complicated by diabetes in the Derry GP Federation area. This is part of the PEACETIME cross-border research project. The successful provider(s) will deliver a multi-disciplinary obesity care programme and must demonstrate relevant expertise and experience in health coaching, physical activity coaching, and obesity management. The contract will be finalized with the Derry GP Federation following tender award. Service providers should be operationally ready to commence delivery in Autumn 2026 or as soon as practicable after contract award. Only providers confident in meeting the project requirements outlined in the documentation should apply.
