Coaching Programme for Obesity and Diabetes Management - Derry GP Federation

The Derry GP Federation seeks service providers to deliver a health coaching and physical activity coaching programme for approximately 5,000 patients living with obesity complicated by diabetes across the Derry GP Federation area. This is part of the PEACETIME research project, a cross-border initiative. The successful provider(s) will deliver evidence-based coaching interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary obesity care programme. Key requirements: providers must demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in health coaching and physical activity intervention; delivery must be operationally ready by Autumn 2026; and a formal contract will be established between the Derry GP Federation and the selected provider(s). Only service providers confident in their ability to meet the project specifications should apply. The project focuses on improving health outcomes for patients with complex obesity and diabetes conditions in the Northern Irish border region.
