Emergency Heating and Water Services Upgrade – Golden National School, Ireland

This emergency upgrade project involves two major mechanical engineering installation works at Golden National School in Ireland. First, the heating system upgrade includes complete removal of the existing oil-fired heating system and installation of new LPG-fired condensing boilers with associated components including flue kits, header pipework, heat exchanger, circulation pumps, valves, actuators, pressurisation unit, gas safety system, new two-pipe heating distribution network, nZEB radiators, heating controls, and related electrical and builder's works. Second, the water services upgrade encompasses isolation and removal of redundant cold water storage tanks, installation of a new sectional cold water storage tank, provision of a new central domestic hot water calorifier, hot water distribution pipework with secondary return line, and associated electrical and builder's works. This project represents a comprehensive modernization of critical building services infrastructure.
