Trinity College Dublin – Multi-Party Integrated Design Team Framework for Capital Projects

Trinity College Dublin is seeking to establish an Integrated Design Team (IDT) Framework Panel to streamline the appointment of multi-disciplinary design teams for its capital works programme. Under this framework, a Principal Service Provider will be designated as Lead Consultant for each project, responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated design services. The framework supports multiple projects over a defined period and is designed to ensure design quality consistency, value for money, and compliance with national and EU procurement regulations. Eligible suppliers should be capable of leading multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinating architectural, engineering, and planning services across various capital projects. The framework operates under Trinity College Dublin's Capital Works Management Frameworks and applicable procurement legislation.
