Income Maximisation and Benefits Support Services Provider

Citizens Advice Manchester is seeking a supplier to deliver income maximisation and benefits support services under the Warm Homes Network (WHN) programme. This collaborative initiative supports vulnerable people in accessing financial assistance, benefits, and household support services. The supplier will assess customer circumstances to identify benefit entitlements, provide income maximisation and financial advice, support benefit and financial assistance applications, and assist customers with low digital confidence. When additional needs are identified, the supplier will refer customers to other WHN partners. The supplier must record outcomes and benefits achieved through the WHN CRM platform and provide regular reporting on performance metrics and programme impact. This role is essential in helping vulnerable households access financial support and improve their financial wellbeing.
