Evaluation Services for PEACEPLUS Programme – Batch 1

The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is seeking qualified service providers to conduct impact and implementation evaluations for the PEACEPLUS Programme, a cross-border EU-funded initiative supporting peace and prosperity in Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland. This contract covers Batch 1 of a 13-evaluation series and includes: one Implementation Evaluation of the PEACEPLUS Programme and three Impact Evaluations covering PEACEPLUS Action Plans, Peace Building, and Children and Young People. These evaluations will assess programme outcomes, attribute observed changes to PEACEPLUS interventions, identify influencing factors, and gather detailed project performance data. The project is funded through PEACEPLUS ERDF. Tenders must be submitted via eTendersNI (https://etendersni.gov.uk/epps/home.do) by 20 July 2026 at 3pm UK time.
