NHS Public Feedback Perception Survey

NHS England is commissioning a perceptions poll to measure public attitudes toward NHS feedback mechanisms. The study will assess how well the NHS listens to patient feedback and evaluate the ease, comfort, and perceived value of providing feedback about NHS care experiences. This project will replicate four core questions from the Department of Health and Social Care's original IPSOS face-to-face survey conducted between 2013 and 2017, enabling trend analysis and comparison with historical data. Suppliers should be experienced in conducting public perception surveys, managing large-scale polling operations, and analyzing healthcare-related feedback data.
