Outsourced Recruitment, Verification and Payment Services for Temporary Venue and Teaching Staff in Sri Lanka

British Council Sri Lanka's English and Examination teams seek an outsourcing partner to manage recruitment, verification, and payment services for non-permanent staff. Services required include: recruitment and onboarding of 40-70 hourly-paid teachers providing year-round instruction; recruitment and management of 450-500 examination venue staff and examiners needed during examination sessions; and administration of statutory employee benefits including EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ETF (Employees' Trust Fund) contributions. The successful supplier will handle all aspects of staff management, statutory compliance, and timely payment processing for these temporary workforce categories.
