Sanitary Disposal and Servicing Contract - Ellesmere Town Council

Ellesmere Town Council is seeking a contractor to provide installation, monthly servicing, and product exchange of sanitary disposal equipment at two council locations. At Ellesmere Town Hall, the contractor will install and maintain 4 slimline feminine sanitary units, 1 nappy disposal unit, 1 dual vending machine, and 2 water management systems. At Cross Street Public Conveniences, the contractor will install and maintain 1 washroom air steriliser, 4 slimline feminine sanitary units, 2 nappy disposal units, 1 dual vending machine, and 1 water management system. The contractor must provide annual servicing of water management systems and six-weekly servicing of vending machines. Contractors are required to supply waste transfer notes and service reports, provide fully trained operatives, submit risk assessments, and hold both employers and public liability insurance.
