Domestic Abuse Behaviour Change Programme Service

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a service provider to commission a Non-Convicted Perpetrator Intervention Service. The service will address domestic abuse by delivering behaviour change programmes to perpetrators who have not been convicted, providing workforce development and training to partners, and conducting community outreach activities. The successful supplier will help reduce domestic abuse incidents through early intervention, perpetrator accountability, and rehabilitation.
