ADHD Digital Referral and Support System Procurement - NHS Greater Manchester

The solution must capture ADHD referrals with high quality and structure, identify risk and complexity early, route referrals efficiently to age-appropriate triage services, and provide transparent demographic tracking and waiting list oversight. Suppliers should enable patients to access support resources while awaiting clinical triage, including psychoeducational materials, self-management advice, links to VCSE and support groups, and connections to therapy, coaching and counselling services. The digital platform should integrate with existing providers such as the Adult ADHD Triage Hub and provide or facilitate access to clinically appropriate resources from multiple commissioned services.
