Learner Management System for RAF Apprenticeships

The RAF Apprenticeships Programme seeks a Learner Management System (LMS) to support online apprenticeship training and manage apprentice progression through to End Point Assessment (EPA). The solution must include: Digital Enrolment System (DES) for apprentice registration, Apprenticeships Management Information System (AMIS) for programme oversight, ePortfolio for evidence collection, and End Point Assessment Information System (EPAIS) for assessment management. The system must securely transfer apprentice documentation and electronic evidence to external End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) for quality assurance. Suppliers should be prepared to integrate with RAF systems and comply with defence sector security requirements.
