Suppliers must prepare comprehensive technical documentation, evaluate whole-life costs and maintenance needs, address deployment risks, and plan implementation requirements including tooling and training. The deliverable is a complete technical evidence pack for approval by Safety and Engineering Standards, covering all application variants (MS1, AMI, MSS, etc.) and assessing risks from historical non-compliant fastener use.
