    Brief

UKAEA is seeking a Feasibility Study and pre-conceptual design for integrated Vision and Audible Monitoring Systems for the LIBRTI (Lithium Irradiation Breeding Tritium test Installation) facility. The system must monitor and record operations within the Blockhouse Experimental Area during facility setup, operational preparation, and experimental campaigns. Key requirements include: visual monitoring of equipment installation and configuration; acoustic monitoring to detect sounds indicating operational status or anomalies; and capability to withstand neutron and gamma radiation exposure. The monitoring system should track installation movements, audio events, and temperature data throughout experimental campaigns. Suppliers should have experience with radiation-hardened monitoring equipment, remote operation systems, and the ability to deliver both feasibility assessment and preliminary design specifications for deployment in a high-radiation research environment.
