Miro Enterprise Licence Expansion

This is a contract for the provision of Miro Enterprise licences and associated support services through the G-Cloud 14 framework (RM1557.14). The procurement was conducted as a direct award in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract includes the continuation of existing prepaid licences with the option to scale usage through defined draw-down blocks up to a maximum capped volume. The contract runs for an initial 24-month term with a further optional 12-month extension, enabling a potential total contract duration of 36 months. The maximum contract value is £152,064 (inclusive of VAT), though actual expenditure will depend on licence utilisation levels and the volume of draw-down blocks purchased.
