    This contract seeks a service provider to deliver comprehensive dependency recovery and resettlement support for men with substance misuse issues leaving custody in the Isle of Man. The service will be delivered in partnership with Emerging Futures and a dedicated psychology team, focusing on rehabilitation-focused housing, intensive clinical psychology support, holistic lifestyle and tenancy support, and a network of trained Rehabilitation Coaches (130 to be trained annually). Key service elements include: dedicated rehabilitation housing for prison leavers; intensive clinical psychology and trauma-informed support; comprehensive needs assessments from custody through community reintegration; employment pathways and lived experience mentoring; connection to community resources and prosocial activities; coordination of housing and benefits support; and collaboration with prison and community partners. The service targets men caught in reoffending cycles due to unmet needs, aiming to address immediate challenges, promote social integration, and empower service users through collaborative, trauma-informed practice.
