PFI Support Services Contract - Inscyte

This contract provides comprehensive Private Finance Initiative (PFI) support services across two phases. Services include: monthly analysis of Service Provider Vehicle (SPV) financial reports and preparation of response packages and withholding notices; attendance at operational and performance meetings with the SPV, Facilities Manager, Schools, and local Authority to discuss contract compliance and estate-wide issues; bimonthly site audits to assess contract compliance and statutory adherence with documented findings; ad hoc technical and contractual support for PFI-related concerns including site visits as needed; and legal analysis support to the local authority legal team on contract matters (excluding arbitration and adjudication). All services are delivered by qualified in-house legal and commercial practitioners. The contract covers both BSF (Building Schools for the Future) and Phase 2 implementations with identical service scope.
