Operational Service Portfolio Change Management Support

This procurement seeks specialist business change consultancy to support the operational adoption of a newly implemented Portfolio Management Framework. The successful supplier will provide operational expertise to facilitate the transition to new ways of working, ensure smooth embedment across current Service Portfolios, and deliver assurance throughout the change process. The consultancy will work alongside the core Digital Services team to enable staff adoption and operational readiness. This short-term engagement is critical to meeting RIS3 Year 1 outcomes and protecting changes to operationally critical services. The project will also inform the development of a longer-term, 5-year strategic capability framework contract for Digital Services Service Operations.
