Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme Services Framework

HFL is establishing a multi-supplier framework to provide Occupational Health (OH) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services to schools and educational institutions. This framework is not an immediate contract but rather a pre-approved supplier list that schools and education settings can access when they need these services. Suppliers selected for this framework must demonstrate they have qualified staff, appropriate infrastructure, resources, and established quality management processes in place. The framework will operate through a call-off mechanism detailed in the Framework Agreement document. Prospective suppliers should be experienced in delivering high-quality occupational health and employee assistance services with robust management and quality control procedures.
