Therapeutic Interventions for Parents and Babies - Family Hubs Programme Contract

This is a 3-year contract (1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029) worth £105,000 to deliver therapeutic interventions supporting parents and babies under the Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies Programme. The programme is jointly managed by the Department for Education and Department for Health and Social Care. The successful provider will deliver trauma-informed, attachment-based therapeutic services integrated within local health and social care services. The service works collaboratively with health visitors, midwives, GPs, children's services, and domestic abuse services to ensure accessible support for families. The provider should have established community presence, strong partnerships across health, social care, education and voluntary sectors, and demonstrate ability to align services with community needs and expectations.
