Building Management System Upgrade at CPI NetPark

CPI, a leading independent technology innovation centre and founding member of the UK Government's High Value Manufacturing Catapult, is seeking to replace its end-of-life Building Management System (BMS) at the Neville Hamlin Building (NHB) located at NetPark. The existing BMS, installed approximately 15 years ago (with cleanroom extension 8 years ago), currently monitors and controls building services including lighting, power distribution, domestic hot water, and HVAC systems. The new BMS must be upgraded to the latest technology and integrated with an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) to help CPI track and reduce utility consumption as part of its decarbonisation strategy. The system must support at least 2 levels of user access: 'view only' and 'full administrative rights' (additional access levels are acceptable). The facility includes offices, laboratories, warehouses/storerooms, and both Class 100 and Class 1000 cleanrooms requiring precise environmental control.
