Ultra-High Temperature Materials Testing System with Load Frame and Environmental Control

UKAEA is seeking an integrated materials testing system for research and development purposes. The system must combine: (1) a mechanical load frame capable of applying controlled loads to test specimens; (2) ultra-high-temperature heating capabilities to test material performance at extreme temperatures; (3) controlled environment options including vacuum and inert gas atmospheres to simulate real-world conditions; and (4) synchronized diagnostic tools and data acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and analysis. The supplier must also provide professional installation and commissioning services to ensure the system is properly set up and operational, comprehensive training for UKAEA staff to operate and maintain the equipment, and ongoing maintenance support to keep the system in optimal working condition.
