Road Construction Project in Poland

This contract involves the construction and expansion of provincial road No. 785, specifically the section from km 10+773 to km 13+523. Key tasks include: upgrading intersections with local and county roads, reconstructing county road No. 3907E, and local roads No. 112608E and 112607E. The project also includes the demolition and construction of culverts, a concrete amphibian crossing, sidewalks, driveways with covered ditches, bus bays, and drainage systems. Additionally, it involves the reconstruction of melioration ditches, a technology channel, and road lighting, as well as the reconstruction of energy, water, and telecommunications networks. The project must ensure accessibility for people with special needs as per the law. The contractor is required to personally perform key tasks related to the construction of bituminous layers of the road structure. The contract allows for the possibility of additional similar work within three years, up to a value of 8,169,344.21 PLN net. Partial bids are not allowed, and a site visit is recommended for contractors.
