Road Construction and Expansion Project in Poland

This contract involves the construction and expansion of Provincial Road No. 473, specifically from km 80+636.87 to km 82+537.37 and from km 83+253.00 to km 83+848.71. The project includes various tasks such as: - Expanding and reconstructing intersections with local roads. - Building a pedestrian and bicycle path. - Demolishing and constructing sidewalks. - Demolishing and constructing driveways with covered ditches. - Demolishing and constructing bus bays. - Reconstructing a road-rail crossing. - Demolishing and constructing stormwater drainage systems. - Building retention and infiltration tanks. - Demolishing, reconstructing, and building ditches. - Demolishing and constructing culverts. - Demolishing and constructing lighting systems. - Reconstructing electrical, telecommunication, and water supply networks. - Planting trees and shrubs. - Installing horizontal and vertical signage. Detailed project documentation, including construction, execution, and technical designs, as well as specifications, is available in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. The contractor must ensure accessibility for people with special needs as per the law on accessibility. Key tasks related to the construction of bituminous layers of the road structure must be personally executed by the contractor, excluding the production and transport of the mineral-bitumen mixture. There is a possibility of awarding additional contracts for similar services or construction works within three years of the initial contract, up to a value of 12,195,121.95 PLN net.
