Research Services for Underground Networks in France

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be compensated based on unit prices. Regulations concerning work near underground networks, as outlined in the environmental code, require project owners to have a thorough understanding of the networks and, if necessary, conduct additional investigations to clarify the position of sensitive and non-sensitive networks. The information provided by operators may not always be sufficient. Furthermore, regulations mandate that project owners mark these networks before commencing any work. To address this, the Loire-Atlantique Department aims to acquire the means to obtain synthesis plans of networks based on information provided by operators, as well as to conduct additional investigations or localization operations to clarify and complete this information. If necessary, on-site marking of these networks will also be carried out. The purpose of this framework agreement includes: - Geo-detection and geo-referencing services for all types of underground networks or structures - Development and updating of synthesis plans for existing networks.
