Technical Analysis and Consulting Services for Asbestos and PAH Detection in Loire-Atlantique

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services will be compensated based on unit prices. This contract aims to carry out sampling and research for hazardous substances (asbestos and PAHs), primarily on transport infrastructure, road materials, and generally on construction materials and various networks, excluding diagnostics on buildings. These services are conducted on behalf of the Loire-Atlantique Department, which acts as the Ordering Authority (OA) according to the NF X 46-102 standard. The contractor will designate one or more Asbestos Detection Operators (ADO) within their organization, as defined by the NF X 46-102 standard, who will oversee the asbestos detection mission and the characterization of PAHs. The data obtained from these services will be integrated into the OA's Geographic Information System (GIS) and must enable the implementation of appropriate protective measures for workers and the public during construction operations, as well as guide the disposal of waste from these operations to suitable treatment and/or recycling channels.
