Construction of 110kV Substation in Vanasadama, Estonia

Elering AS is seeking suppliers for the construction of a 110kV substation at Vanasadama, Tallinn, which is being built by AS Tallinna Sadam. The project involves the installation of a 110kV switchgear using a 'turnkey' approach, meaning that all necessary equipment will be supplied, installed, configured, and tested before being handed over to the client in a fully operational state. The work includes the construction of a two-section indoor 110kV switchgear along with a new control, auxiliary, and monitoring system. The contract also covers all necessary tasks, including testing, to integrate the new equipment with the existing substation systems and circuits (primary and secondary circuits, AC and DC circuits, RTU, time synchronization, and remote reading data communication).
