Software Packages and IT Systems – RZP-68/KJ/2025 - Supply of Equipment and Implementation of a System for Automatic Digitization of Documentation

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and the implementation of a system for the automatic digitization of documentation. 2. The subject of the order includes 2 packages: 2.1. Package No. 1 – Expansion and integration of the hospital system with the ability to electronically sign documents using signature collection devices and e-ID readers, along with licenses. 2.2. Package No. 2 – Installation and implementation of the automatic digitization system – hardware and software. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order: 2.1. for Package No. 1 is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order – Package No. 1" 2.2. for Package No. 2 is included in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order – Package No. 2" 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1a and 1b to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also referred to as OPZ). The order is financed under the project titled "Development of Digital Services, Improvement of Data Security, and Integration of Hospital Systems as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the Digital Transformation Processes in Healthcare through Further Development of Digital Services in Healthcare" which is part of Component D "Efficiency, Accessibility, and Quality of the Healthcare System" KPO.
