Electricity Supply and Distribution Services for RZGW in Krakow

This contract involves the comprehensive supply of electricity and distribution services for the State Water Holding Polish Waters, Regional Water Management Authority in Krakow, for the year 2026. The electricity supply and distribution will be conducted under the conditions specified in the Energy Law and related regulations. The services will be provided to designated electricity consumption points listed in the contract annex. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The estimated electricity consumption is based on previous years' usage and is for comparison purposes only, not constituting a purchase obligation. The buyer guarantees a minimum order of 30% of the contract value. The pricing will exclude excise tax and will remain fixed throughout the contract duration, with adjustments only for VAT changes. The buyer may add new consumption points or reduce them based on operational needs. Payments will be based on actual consumption, with invoices due within 30 days of receipt.
