Installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems

The University Hospital Bonn is planning fire protection and functional upgrades for Building 22 / OPZ. This includes renovating the electrical supply due to fire safety deficiencies. In the first construction phase, the low-voltage main distribution (NSHV) in the 3rd basement will be renewed. Preparatory work will involve demolition tasks such as cutting a new door element, demolishing wall sections, and modifying raised floor structures. The 3rd basement is located approximately 10 meters below the access areas, and there is no direct access. The ventilation work is expected to begin in March 2026. An open European tender will be issued for ventilation services.
