Romania – Chemical Reagents – Framework Agreement for REAGENTS and CONSUMABLES compatible with the equipment of the Medical Analysis Laboratory

The procurement of reagents and consumables for laboratory use is essential for the accurate diagnosis of patients at the "Sf. Maria" Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children in Iasi. This involves an open online tender procedure to establish a framework agreement for a duration of 48 months with three economic operators. The complexity of the contract/framework agreement is considered low. Due to the variability in patient cases and the inability to precisely estimate quantities, it is deemed appropriate to establish a framework agreement for 48 months with three economic operators. The framework agreement will be concluded with each of the three winning economic operators, provided that there are three operators. According to O.U.G. 107/2017, requests for clarifications can be made up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions.
