Framework Agreement for the Supply of Oncology and Nutrition Medicines

This framework agreement is for the supply of oncology and nutrition medicines over a period of 36 months. The need to ensure and adapt treatment according to the needs of patients hospitalized at the "Sf. Maria" Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children in Iasi requires the procurement of the medicines covered by this procedure (an online open tender in a single stage, resulting in a framework agreement with five economic operators). Due to the variability in patient cases and their progression, it is not possible to accurately estimate the quantities of medicines needed, and financial resource allocation is also somewhat variable. Therefore, it is deemed appropriate to establish a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators. The framework agreement will be concluded with each of the five winning economic operators (provided that there are five economic operators). Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers.
