This contract involves the procurement of a subscription for application and infrastructure monitoring software for the PUE/eZUS Portal, along with implementation and support services. Implementation of the software across designated infrastructure elements as outlined in the technical requirements. 3. Provision of maintenance services for the software as per the contract specifications. 4. Conducting workshops for administrators, totaling up to 240 working hours, with a minimum of 160 hours guaranteed. The delivery and implementation of the software must occur within 120 days of contract signing, starting no earlier than January 1, 2026. The project technical design and schedule must be submitted within 15 days of contract signing and approved within 30 days.
