IT Services Contract with Software Broker

The Municipality of Halderberge intends to establish a framework agreement with a software broker. This broker will act as an intermediary and strategic partner, providing expertise and advocacy in the software market. The software broker will assist the municipality in creating a sustainable, transparent, and manageable application landscape that aligns with the organization's size, needs, and strategic direction. Currently, the Municipality of Halderberge uses various standard applications, which are detailed in Appendix 3 of the tender documents. The software broker must be able to supply all these software programs, provided they are authorized by the respective producers. The estimated value of the contract is approximately €1,500,000.00 excluding VAT per year, but this is only an indication and should not be considered a guarantee. The maximum value for this contract is set at €15,000,000.00 excluding VAT for the entire duration, including any extension options. If this maximum value is reached during the contract period, the agreement will automatically terminate upon reaching the specified maximum value. The limit on the contract's value is independent of its duration, meaning the contract may end earlier if the maximum value is reached.
