Czech Republic – Information Systems – Payroll, Personnel, and Attendance Information System

This public procurement contract seeks a software solution for a payroll, personnel, and attendance information system. The end users will be entities of the statutory city of Ústí nad Labem, primarily the City Hall and four city districts, with implementation occurring in various phases as outlined in the target concept. City entities also include the city's contributory organizations and potentially other organizational units (e.g., city archive, municipal police). The system will consist of at least three main logical units (modules): • Human Resources • Payroll • Attendance. The contract includes services related to the delivery, installation, configuration, setup, consolidation, and integration of the supplied system, as well as its future operation within the buyer's technological environment. The selected supplier will also develop the target concept and provide training for administrators and users. Additionally, the contract includes support for the delivered solution as specified in the technical specifications (attachments 6a and 6b of the procurement documentation) for all supplied software licenses, services, and work, according to the terms of the Operational Support Agreement (see attachment 4b). Beyond support, the selected supplier will also provide development services as per the buyer's requirements.
