Medical Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services

This contract opportunity is for the provision of repair and maintenance services for medical and surgical equipment at the Gastroenterology Clinic. Suppliers interested in this procurement must request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation at least 20 days before the submission deadline for offers. Responses from the contracting authority will be provided 10 days before the submission deadline. All requests for clarifications must be signed with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider and uploaded to the SEAP platform. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated during the entire framework agreement is detailed in the specifications. Subsequent contracts will be awarded based on requests according to the allocated budget (for services) or monthly, depending on the needs identified after service interventions (for spare parts). The deadline for submitting offers is January 5, 2026.
