Medical Equipment Maintenance Services

The opportunity involves the maintenance and repair of medical and surgical equipment, specifically the VALLEY LAB electrosurgical unit, including the provision of replacement parts. Interested suppliers must request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation at least 20 days before the submission deadline for offers, as stipulated by Article 160 of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017. The contracting authority will respond to these requests 10 days (on the 11th day) before the submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161 of the same law. All requests for clarifications must be signed with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider and uploaded to the SEAP platform. Contracts awarded under the framework agreements will be allocated quarterly based on the budget for services or monthly based on identified needs following service interventions for replacement parts.
