IT Services for Learning Management System

The purpose of this contract is to provide, implement, manage, further develop (including innovations), and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the vocational education students of the contracting authority. The goal of this procurement is to ensure that the LMS effectively supports, particularly teachers, practical supervisors (and other stakeholders in the field), and students in their learning activities. The scope of the contract is expressed in the total number of users, which includes all vocational education students and teachers of the contracting authority. Currently, this amounts to approximately 3,750 users. These numbers are estimates and are intended to allow bidders to calculate on an equal basis. No rights can be derived from the mentioned description and numbers. The final numbers will be announced with the final order.
