Architectural Design Services for Energy Efficiency Projects

This contract involves the provision of complete design and cost documentation for energy efficiency projects under the FENX.01.01 initiative, which supports the energy and environmental sectors through the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment 2021-2027 program. The work is divided into three parts: 1) Part 1 focuses on improving energy efficiency for the Third Tax Office building in Warsaw, located at Lindleya 14, including author supervision. 2) Part 2 addresses the energy efficiency improvement for the Tax Office building in Warsaw-Bielany at Skalbmierska 5, also with author supervision. 3) Part 3 pertains to the energy efficiency enhancement of another Tax Office building in Warsaw-Bielany at Skalbmierska 6, again with author supervision. Detailed descriptions for each part can be found in the respective attachments, which include the subject of the contract and the contract template. Separate agreements will be made for each part based on the proposed contract terms.
