Ireland – Multi-party Engineering Services Framework Agreement for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

Uisce Éireann is establishing a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of comprehensive General Engineering and Specialist Services. The framework has an initial duration of five years with an option to extend for up to three additional years (with extension options of 1+1+1 years). This framework will support Uisce Éireann's Business Plan objectives by providing a wide range of engineering services across the water and wastewater sector. Services include: project appraisal and feasibility studies; strategic planning and economic analysis; design services for wastewater treatment (primary, secondary, and tertiary standards), water treatment, and associated infrastructure; network modeling and analysis; catchment and receiving water quality assessment; flow control and storm water management design; SCADA and telemetry services; sludge treatment options; sustainable drainage (SUDS) design; contract and procurement management; cost estimation and management; construction supervision; project management; health, safety, and risk management; environmental, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, fire, and architectural engineering services; asset management and optimization; energy management and carbon reporting; land and property services; asbestos surveying; ecology and biodiversity studies; marine and coastal engineering; and contaminated land assessment. This is an opportunity for experienced engineering consultancies to provide specialized technical expertise across multiple water infrastructure projects and programs.
