Construction and Planning of a New Kindergarten in Wackersberg

The municipality of Wackersberg is seeking engineering services for the construction of a new kindergarten and the implementation of midday care for schoolchildren and preschoolers. This project is in response to the increased demand for all-day care places. The new facility will include: - One kindergarten group with 25 places - One nursery group with 12 places - Three groups for midday care for schoolchildren with a total of 75 places - A multifunctional movement room - A cafeteria with a serving kitchen - All necessary ancillary rooms The project site, located in the Höfen district, covers approximately 8,143 m² and is currently used for agricultural purposes. The construction will aim to utilize all available funding and ensure that the outdoor areas are appropriately separated for the kindergarten, nursery, and midday care. The building will be designed to allow for future expansions without significant renovations. The planning will begin shortly after the contract is awarded, with construction expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the facility to be operational by the first quarter of 2028. The contract will follow the Certiform/Boorberg template and will include phased planning services for structural engineering.
