Supply of EMC Testing Equipment

This contract involves the delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for a set of equipment intended to enhance the capabilities of the Electronics and Acoustics Laboratory at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PIMOT. The equipment will enable the laboratory to expand its electromagnetic compatibility testing services, which are essential for the automotive, commercial, and military sectors. The detailed specifications of the equipment can be found in Attachment 1 (Description of the subject of the order) and Attachment 6 (Draft contract). The contract is classified under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 38540000-2 for research and measurement machinery, 38424000-3 for measuring and controlling devices, and 31731000-9 for electronic measuring instruments. The contracting authority will not divide the order into parts, as the equipment must function as a complete system to avoid technical incompatibility and excessive costs. The contractor is not required to personally perform key tasks. Equivalent solutions to the specified standards are allowed, provided that the contractor demonstrates compliance with the requirements. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if public funds are not allocated. The project must be completed within 7 months from the contract signing date.
