    Brief

This contract involves the delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for a set of photometric equipment intended to enhance the capabilities of the Electronics and Acoustics Laboratory at the Łukasiewicz Research Network - PIMOT. The equipment will enable the accredited laboratory to conduct photometric and colorimetric measurements of components used in the automotive industry. The scope of the contract includes: 1) a station for measuring lamps, 2) a station for measuring light sources, and 3) a station for measuring retroreflective devices. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 1 (Description of the subject of the contract) and Annex 6 (Draft contract). The contracting authority will not divide the contract into parts, and partial bids are not allowed. This decision is based on the need to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in EU regulations. Dividing the contract would undermine competition and create unnecessary technical challenges and costs. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. The contract must be completed within 6 months from the date of signing, including any optional scope if the contracting authority exercises its option.
