Security Services Framework Contract for Berlin and Brandenburg

This contract opportunity is for security services, including reception and concierge services, under a framework agreement for a portfolio of 4,044 properties located in Berlin and Brandenburg. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers properties in the western part of Berlin and Brandenburg, while Lot 2 covers properties in the eastern part of Berlin. The properties include various types of buildings, some of which are multi-story, and encompass different portfolios of the State of Berlin, such as schools, police stations, cultural institutions, correctional facilities, courts, fire departments, and general assets. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, and there is no guarantee of individual orders from the framework agreement. The contractor must be prepared to provide services at the prices specified in their bids throughout the contract duration. Additionally, it is important to note that BIM - Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH also manages business operations for other clients of the State of Berlin.
