Supply of Current and Voltage Transformers – Stage 10

This contract involves the supply of current and voltage transformers for the equipment of the Ordering Party's stations. The contract is divided into five parts: - Part 1: Supply of transformers for the project: Expansion of the 400/110 kV Ełk Bis station along with the reconstruction of the 220/110 kV Ełk station, - Part 2: Supply of transformers for the project: Expansion and modernization of the 400/110 kV Tucznawa station, - Part 3: Supply of transformers for the project: Expansion of the 400/220 kV Krajnik station for connecting new facilities to the KSE, - Part 4: Supply of transformers for the projects: Expansion and modernization of the 400/110 kV Rokitnica station, Expansion of the 400/220 kV Krajnik station for connecting new facilities to the KSE, Expansion of the 400 kV switchgear at the 400/110 kV Ostrowiec station. - Part 5: Supply of transformers for the projects: Expansion of the 220 kV switchgear at the 220/110 kV Leśniów station, Expansion and modernization of the 400/220/110 kV Polkowice station, Modernization of the 220/110 kV Adamów station. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order for each part. 3. Names and codes from the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 31173000-9 - Transformers. 4. In all cases where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions to those described, provided they achieve characteristics or parameters no worse than those mentioned. This means that the contractor may use solutions described by the Ordering Party 'or equivalent'. 5. According to Article 101, paragraph 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services, or construction works offered meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, particularly by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order.
