Industrial Salt for Snow Removal in Romania

The procurement involves acquiring industrial salt for snow removal under a framework agreement. The quantity required ranges from a minimum of 1,000 tons to a maximum of 8,000 tons over a period of 18 months during the winter season. The smallest subsequent contract will be for the supply of 300 tons of salt, while the largest will be for 1,000 tons, with contracts executed as needed. For subsequent contracts signed more than 90 days after the framework agreement is signed, price adjustments will be accepted based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for non-food goods, calculated from one month prior to the signing of the subsequent contract, contingent upon the submission of a new price offer by the supplier (if they wish to adjust the price) and acceptance by the contracting authority. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all clarification requests on the 8th day before the offer submission deadline.
