Industrial Salt for Snow Removal

The procurement involves acquiring industrial salt for snow removal under a framework agreement. The total quantity required is between 1,000 and 8,000 tons over a period of 18 months during the winter season. The smallest subsequent contract will be for 300 tons of salt, while the largest will be for 1,000 tons, with contracts executed as needed. For subsequent contracts signed more than 90 days after the framework agreement is signed, price adjustments will be accepted based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for non-food goods, calculated from one month prior to the signing of the subsequent contract, provided a new price offer is submitted by the supplier and accepted by the contracting authority. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 8th day before the submission deadline.
